California Chef Brings Cannabis To Fine Dining - ISMOKE
Tuesday, May 10, 2016

Edibles are nothing new, and there are already some great options on the market, particularly if you are lucky enough to live somewhere in the world with relaxed cannabis laws.

But now Los Angeles-based chef Chris Sayegh is bringing THC-infused meals to the world of fine dining.

His meals contain cannabis extract, and although you can’t taste the cannabis, they will get you high.

This shows just how much perception has shifted on cannabis in the US as more and more states relax cannabis laws, and the green market that is already worth billions continues to grow.

Chris said: “To me, this is a cerebral experience. Whether you are choosing to intoxicate yourself with wine and have a different perception which is what alcohol does. And then cannabis is doing the same thing, you’re eating with a different perception with each bite, with each course, you’re literally changing your brain chemistry and you are viewing this food differently than you did five minutes ago, ten minutes ago.”
