The public comment period for submitting comments to OAL for these emergency regulations will end on Monday, December 4, 2017.
Those who wish to comment on the proposed adoption of the emergency regulations for medicinal and adult-use (recreational) cannabis cultivation must submit their comments directly to OAL on their website.
The OAL email address for public comments is: email@example.com
When you submit a comment to OAL, you must simultaneously submit a copy of your comment to CDFA.
CDFA’s email address for public comments is: CalCannabisRegs@cdfa.ca.gov
OAL will confirm that CDFA has received the comment before considering it. Pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 1, section 55(b)(1) through (4), the comment must state that it is about an emergency regulation currently under OAL review, and include the topic of the emergency.
