Denver to help thousands of people get minor marijuana cases expunged - The Cannabist
Denver prosecutors and attorneys will help thousands of people convicted of low-level marijuana crimes expunge their records in a series of four clinics in February and March.
The offer is open through the new “Turn Over a New Leaf” program to those convicted of marijuana-related crimes before recreational marijuana laws were passed, according to a Wednesday news release by Mayor Michael Hancock and District Attorney Beth McCann.
Denver is holding the clinics to stream-line the process.
